|Channel Islands||£25||Deliveries to the Channel Islands can be very difficult and expensive, due to the different customs tariffs and tax rates employed there. Therefore to cover our expenses and administration, a £25 surcharge will be applied to all Channel Island orders that weigh over 2kg.|

Since we only operate within the U.K. and Ireland, we have been able to negotiate the best possible rates with DPD and Royal Mail. There's no such thing as a free delivery, since the postman needs wages too! But for all orders over £50, we completely subsidise your delivery costs which enables us to offer a FREE UK MAINLAND delivery service.
Furthermore, we can also offer the FASTEST deliveries anywhere on the web. Here are the rules...

|This is vital, since our couriers can arrive any time after that, so if you place your order later in the day, we may not have time to pack and dispatch it.||We'll always dispatch as fast as possible, but we prioritise customers who choose and pay for 'Next Working Day'.||If you order on a Friday (or a Thursday after 2pm) be aware that the item will arrive Monday. Similarly if you order on a Sunday, don't expect the parcel Monday... we'll need time to pack it! Weekend orders on a 'Next Working Day' service will arrive with you on Tuesday.|

You can return any item to us for exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received and, for obvious hygiene reasons, must not have been used.
When returning any item to us it is highly recommended to use a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost in the post. In certain circumstances we may arrange for your return to be collected by DPD. In these cases you will need to ensure that the item is adequately packed. The DPD driver will provide the returns label but it is your responsibility to ensure that the driver is handed the correct item at the pre-agreed pick-up time. We reserve the right to charge you (£25) for missed/incorrect collections.
Once we have received your return in its original condition we will email you to confirm receipt, and either order your alternatives or issue a refund. If you have requested a refund, this will typically take 5 days from receipt of returned items to process, dependent on bank/card issuer. If you have requested an alternative item, this will be dispatched on receipt of returned items, and will then take up to 3 working days to reach you.
